You can choose to have an appointment via phone, video conference, live chat, or face to face.

Download the Converge International app through the App Store or Play Store. To register, use the organisation code APPRENTV and follow the prompts.
The Converge International app provides:

- FAQs and email support for employees
You can receive up to four sessions for each issue you are experiencing. The Apprentice Employee Assistance Program is for short-term counselling.

Neurodiversity Specialist support
Tailored guidance and support is now available for apprentices and trainees who have a neurodiversity diagnosis or characteristics.
This service is delivered by specialist consultants who can help explore ways to navigate challenges and opportunities at work and home tailored to your unique ways of thinking and communicating.

Who can use the Apprentice Employee Assistance Program?
- Apprentices and trainees employed by Victorian businesses can use the Apprentice Employee Assistance Program.
- This program provides all apprentices and trainees with access to an Employee Assistance Program. Some apprentices and trainees will already have access to an Employee Assistance Program through their employer.
How can the Apprentice Employee Assistance Program help you?
An employee wellbeing consultant can support you with:
- difficult workplace situations
- counselling for a broad range of personal issues
- positive lifestyle changes
- working through financial concerns
- career development and planning
A consultant will be selected to help you based on their area of expertise.
